Szymanovski - Violin Sonata Op. 9 Award winning Irish violinist Maria Ryan is the recent winner of the coveted Heineken Violin Competition 2010. She is currently based in London, where she was appointed the prestigious position of leader of Southbank Sinfonia for the 2010 season. Una Hunt is one of Ireland’s leading pianists and has performed often with the National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland, the RTÉ Concert Orchestra and the Ulster Orchestra. She has played recital programmes in Britain, Ireland and the USA. She is presently Adjunct Professor of Music at University College Dublin. |
